I told her our concern and even though she acknowledged that wasn't her department she still agreed to help. After a few minutes, she went and grabbed Renee, who also came over eager to help with a smile. But unfortunately, we had some challenges with some price tags that Renee couldn't help us with, so she called Eric over. He came over with a smile, an introduction, and a handshake. He was able to come up with an optimal solution and make us happy. Overall, it was a great and rare experience. Im not talking about Home Depot, im talking in general these days anywhere. If you are ever in the market for hardware dont be afraid to ask for Eric, Renee, or Susan. They are awesome!!!”

The website said the payment didn't go through. I repeated my order. I ended up getting two and had to return one.”

Employee walked right to it , and then sold me the chain and connectors separately . Was cheaper , because of what i needed . Will go there first for anything i need. The most friendly crew around, past crew and present..”
