Went in to get TB skin test for employment. When returning for them to read the skin test, the RN deemed it was just outside the parameter of what it should be. So she said I needed to have blood work done to get a definitive answer. Told me it would cost $130, I reluctantly paid. She NEVER once told me of the additional charge that I would get from the lab. $370!! So I'm having to pay $500 for a TB test. The staff needs to be trained better, they need to advise people on what they are to expect. I will now be moving my pharmacy business elsewhere. No more CVS for anything!!!

My daughter came in with the worst ear infection she has ever had and it ended up being a double ear infection. We were turned away by other health care providers for reasons beyond anyone’s control….At this CVS minute clinic the automated system told me she would not be seen until 4:30pm…it was 9:30am. With no where else to turn I took it and sat down with my crying child to wait all day for our turn. The provider working there today balanced seeing the patients that were waiting for her as well as working in my daughter and getting her in and out as fast as possible. Within 45 mins we were out on the way home to get rest. The adjoining CVS pharmacy also works so hard and fast to get her the meds she needed. They were all kind and compassionate and definitely in the right profession! God Bless them all working at this pharmacy today 12/2/23.

I'm on bipolar medication, which you can not go multiple days without taking. I had my appointment yesterday and my medication was sent in at 11am, and said being processed, I called 4 times between 11-4pm, each time I was on hold for 10-20 minutes, and someone picked up the phone and said "hello" and I said "hey! My name is-" and then they hung up. I went at 4:30 to pick it up. I stood in line for 15minutes, only to be told that it was not ready and would be later. I could tell they were busy and I said "it's okay, I'll come get in the morning I can tell y'all are busy". The pharmacist said thank you so much it'll be ready. Now it is 12:46 of the next day and it's still not ready. I've been on hold for 25 minutes on the phone, this is ridiculous. I will never have my medication sent here again. I'm on day 2 of not having my medication and by tomorrow if I don't get it then it'll be bad for me. You would think they would understand and care enough about this.

We came to CVS and got in line at 1:27 pm and was the next one in line. The other customer was being waited on at the register . We were told very rudely to leave because they were closed for lunch. It would have taken a minute to ring up the medication and they would have still went to lunch by 1:30. It wasn't even their lunchtime of 1:30-2:00 . We had to come back after lunch for the prescription and ended up waiting in line behind 3 customers. I will never recommend this place.

Little good it did me to wait to be seen here. They sent me across town to pick up a prescription that they never called in. Waste of time and $

horrible experience - vaccination box placed in my face to read the name of it, asked to provide all vaccination history and was there 30 days prior, administered vaccination and moved needle around causing irritation, hand in my sons face saying stop when my son grabbed too much candy - did not even offer it until he said something - i wont remember what you said but I definitely will remember the way you made me feel - hope you never have this experience. 1 star because I cannot leave a review with 0 stars

Miriam in the pharmacy was awful. I agree with everyone else 1 * reviews! For starters she hung up on me! I called back and she was extremely rude, not helpful and just down right mean. She has zero compassion. My 2 year old was crying in pain in the back round and she was not helpful at all In pointing me in the right direction if he was able to take something over the counter When asked. She then called me rude and snippy which after she hung up on me I'm sure I was not the sweetest. I would fire her and never go back here again! Useless and rude! I would give no starts if I could. I also can't imagine that Miriam is actually the pharmacist there which she claims to be, I'm a nurse, and a customer and have never been spoken to or treated that poorly by a pharmacist. CVS get it together.

Stayed on hold for 15 minutes. Had water in my mouth when they finally picked up. In the time I swallowed the mouthful of water (maybe 1.5 seconds?) to speak, they had already hung up on me. Headed to the store and they don't even have the prescription in stock Save your time and try a different pharmacy.Edit: it gets better. I rode up here with my husband to pick up his RXs. We wait in line at the window. We finally get to the window, wait maybe a minute, and one of the staff (Robbi, the pharmacist come to find out), comes to the window, doesn't say a word, and rolls the curtain down. He pressed the call button...ignored. This store needs to be shut down.

I made an appointment for Vaccination. They refused to give it saying the person who does it was too busy with something else. They said maybe the minute clinic might do it but the pharmacist would not ask the minute clinic to help. I went to Kroger that was happy to do the vaccine without an appointment, but the insurance would not pay for it because CVS had already locked in the insurance billing for a Service they refused to give. I can not get the vaccine now because cvs is billing insurance for a service for refused to do. They have in the past refused vaccines on days they said they did walk ins. They were too busy to give vaccines on days they said they would give them. That time they said they were understaffed. I am never going back to CVS again for anything. They should have at the least released the insurance hold on the vaccine and allowed me to get it elsewhere.

I have been a customer at this CVS since 2007. I suspect that to change soon. First of all, my prescription was not ready on the 11th of July when it was requested on the 8th. I was told to allow them at least an hour. I came back at 1:50 pm to find it did not reopen after lunch until 2pm. The window opened at 2 but it was 2:07 before they actually waited anyone. The young man who waited on the lady in front of us was very rude to her. After he slammed the register shut and picked up the coins that fell out, he asked could he help her. She asked, "Are you ready?" He responded by saying, "I don't have to wait on you." She responded, "Then don't, can I have someone else?" He then left the desk and went behind the pharmacy counter. I said, "The customer is always right." He responded by saying , "Not here it isn't." A man behind me commented, "Well, we can see that." The lady reported the incident to the manager,; so did I and the man who had been behind me. The manager said he had no supervision responsibilities of the pharmacy. Furthermore, he said the head pharmacist was leaving at the end of the week. It is my intention to find another pharmacy. Management needs to fire the rude attendant in the pharmacy of this store.

Absolutely horrid. If it weren’t for an urgent need of a Rx antibiotic on a weekend, I never would’ve considered this place. Not only did I get to experience the joyful bureaucracy of American health care and all the paperwork that ensues, but I could not receive any relief for a tooth pain that could not be addressed by my dentist until Monday as CVS “providers” are unable to prescribe medications outside of a very limited formulary (thanks to the litigious nature of this country and its assembly line methodology for practicing medicine - that’s on top of the fresh taste of capitalism causing an opioid epidemic).Even after the mind numbing nonsense that I had to endure for something as simple as getting an antibiotic (of which there is only one that can be prescribed for this particular ailment), and in addition to my check-in, pre check-in, and unnecessary (yet billable) vitals check, I am currently still waiting to be seen, after another patient was just called before me, 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This is a direct result of a BROKEN system in which those fortunate enough to afford it pay the most in the world for the worst care (per $) of any ”developed” country! Cannot wait to move to Europe!!*Was eventually seen an hour later. The NP was very nice and expressed similar frustrations, as she was unable to prescribe eye drops along with an oral treatment, but rather was limited to a topical ointment… I asked for the appointment to be cancelled and she obliged after apologizing for my having to go through all of this, only for her not to be able to do what was needed. She told me that the guidance she had been told (by a computer) to provide me was to “seek help at the ER if conditions do not improve within 24-48 hours”… I chose not to take that amazing CVS computer program prompted course of treatment.

I don't know why this place has bad reviews honestly. I have been here a handful of times and always have a good experience. Staff is so helpful and professional.

If I could give zero as a rating I would. You’d be better off going to any other urgent cares or even grand strand hospital.

Customer service from the pharmacy is less than acceptable. My prescription was sent there I saw it was on hold, was told they're out of my meds and there's nothing they can do, I called my dr who was already gone so Alex around and learned that CVS can and should transfer the prescription. I contacted Publix they have my meds and tried to get the prescription transferred but cvs never completed the transfer only sent it in their system but never sent the required fax. I drove to CVS to find the pharmacy closed 3 hours before closing time.
