MinuteClinic at CVS is a convenient healthcare option that has received mixed reviews from patients. While some have praised the excellent service provided by the nurse practitioner, who is described as professional, personable, and skilled in diagnosis and treatment, others have encountered issues with the clinic's appointment-only policy and long wait times. Patients appreciate the affordable prices and efficient service, with one reviewer noting that their child's double ear infection was quickly diagnosed and treated within 45 minutes. The adjoining CVS pharmacy also receives praise for its swift medication dispensing. However, some patients have been turned away or faced long delays in being seen, with one reviewer reporting having to wait all day before being helped. Despite these challenges, the staff is generally described as friendly, compassionate, and dedicated to their work. Overall, MinuteClinic at CVS appears to offer a mixed experience, with both positive and negative reviews highlighting the convenience and potential issues that patients may encounter when seeking care at the clinic.
The clinic is very organized. The NP was amazing. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable . I was in & out in 10 minutes with exactly what I needed. . I went because my doc for past several years was too busy to see me and wouldn't send meds that I needed that must be started immediately .

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service provided by the minute clinic. I saw an actual doctor and in a short amount of time. Then picked up what he prescribed right in the same store. So helpful
