The Verizon store has great customer service. Employees are friendly, professional, kind, helpful and work patiently, and they go above and beyond. When busy, they do not rush customers and they told us clearly about deals. Employees know their products and solve problems with professionalism. Customers are very satisfied and highly recommend the store. When the store was very busy, employees were patiently and did not rush the process. They helped customers get new phones and technology overwhelming. Customers cross the border to deal with employees who know their products. It was a pleasure for customers.
