I recently had to get a new phone (I didn't want to, my old phone was over 6 years old!!!) Jason at Verizon was so kind and helpful!!! They were busy but he did not rush me through the process. Very much appreciated because technology has passed me up and it's all a bit overwhelming!!! Very satisfied with the service and my phone!!!

Amazing! I thought that all the reviews I read were over reacting with 1 star reviews. Turns out all the bad reviews were spot on. We walked in about 50 minutes before close to pick out a few new phones. We knew exactly what we wanted. They told us they didn't want to do new phone set ups that close to closing time. Terrible customer service. I have received great service from Verizon over the years, but this place lives up to its bad reputation.

Terrible customer service. From the manager with glasses that could care less to the woman who basically called me stupid. Sorry for thinking the bad service only came from the 1800 number, guess it's a company wide practice.

Don't go here for any your phone product needs I don't think Verizon is not a good company anywhere they seem to be the number one network So I guess they think they can screw anybody they want especially the ones that pay their bill on time as always, I trade in my iPhone Pro 11 they lost it somehow. FedEx seem to damage it but they will not put in a claim for me so I'm stuck paying a phone that I'm no longer have and I already paid it off again they don't care about you they don't care about anybody just wanna make a sale that's all they do so they can't make a sale with me because I already paid the phone, so I don't go here. This place is excuse my French. It sucks really bad. Not a good company for anybody.

I remain livid with both Verizon Personnel at the N. Myrtle Beach which seems to be reflection on what I can only term Verizon' unethical business practices and policies. I became a customer round about May, 2022, which I signed up with Hakeem. I picked the iphone 11 and requested the most basic limited service plan. Hakeem informed me that the payment for the phone would be $22.29/month and the cost of the basic limited wireless plan would cost $40/month. When my first bill arrived dated May 11, 2022, instead of being signed up for the limited wireless plan at $40/mon., I was being billed for the 5G Play More at $90/month. I immediately called customer service who for whatever reason said they could not switch my plan over the phone, but that I had to go into the store where I signed up on 605 Highway 17 N, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582, and it could be taken care of there. And then the wild goose chase began. The first time I went to the store for some curious reason I was told by various in store customer service reps, that due to some in-store computer malfunction they too were unable to switch my plan to the one I had chosen when I set up the service with Hakeem. Hakeem himself even though he was in the store never once came over to make any inquiry at all. I was there over an hour with no satisfaction or solution rendered bc I had to leave for a doctor's appointment. When I returned a second time, after another lengthy wait, I was told to to ahead and pay the now due first bill but that soon thereafter, the more expensive Play More Plan would be switched to the limited plan I had actually chosen and my bill would be credited accordingly. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN THEN BACK IN MAY AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED TO THIS VERY DAY, IT NOW BEING AUGUST, 2022. Seems strange that a multinational telecom company remains unable to do something as simple as switch a service plan I did not request, to the one I did request when the service plan was first initiated. INSTEAD it seems Verizon is A-Ok with completely ignoring my complaints, incapable of providing me with the service plan I signed up for or correcting the mistakes their own in-store personnel have made in drawing up service contracts wherein I am being billed for the wrong service due to in store computer system problems BUT this same company and it's computer system seems highly capable of cutting my service if my bill isn't paid on time thereby kicking the can down the road while i have to continue to pay for the more expensive service that I DID NOT CHOOSE to begin with. They only conclusion that can be drawn is that Verizon, going from personnel in their store to all the way up the ladder is a company no longer guided by ethical or moral practices and instead will allow their personnel to pretend a lower service plan exists just to get the sale after which they have NO QUALMS billing for a higher tier more costly service WITHOUT ANYONE WITHIN THE COMPANY BEARING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR AN ERROR ONE OF THEIR SALES PEOPLE MADE. The only reason I have not gone back to the store since is because I work for a living and do not have time to go back and forth or spend hours, days, weeks and months to correct a simple mistake THEY DO NOT SEEM TO WANT TO FIX. P.S. i do not know why my location states San Francisco. I am in Little River, SC and this review is specific to the Verizon at the following Location: 605 Highway 17 N, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582

We went to this Verizon store in the afternoon, and it was very busy. We decided to try first thing the next morning when the store opened up. Our technician, Larry, was amazing! He patiently helped us with every part of the business that we needed to transact. He helped us get new phones and told us clearly about all the deals that were available. At one point we needed the manager, and she was amazing! She solved the problem with patience and professionalism. We would highly recommend this Verizon store!

Very disrespectful and sales rep who DID not wear his name told me not to speak to Verizon customers and told me to leave the store and never come back simply because I asked for the business end of Verizon's phone number. It will not stoop there. I am in touch with Verizon regarding his name and no badge to identify himself and his rudeness to me a VERIZON CUSTOMER who pays MORE than my bill every month! That store is disgusting they way they treat people.

if i could give a zero i would! do not go to this store !!!! not only are they extremely unhelpful they are beyond rude. they gave me an open used phone with someone else information and apps. the phone does not hold a charge and no way to even contact them. i will also be contacting the person as their information is available on this phone to let them know. beware to not go here!! runnn
