“Roberto made everything about switching to Verizon from our two different carriers and upgrading our phones a very seem less process. He was extremely patient with us and helped also set up my first Apple Watch . We were very comfortable with Roberto as he made us feel that no question we had was silly or unimportant. He is a very valuable employee and a great asset to this store. Thank you Roberto!”

“My iPhone was frozen and after many attempts, I was still unable to reset or restart it and Maurice at Sebastian's was able to unlock and reset it in just a few minutes and the phone is now working normally. Maurice was very friendly and professional and skilled in IT issues. I will definitely go back if needed. His assistant, Michele, is also very friendly and professional. Great to find a place that is reliable and provides excellent customer service in this area. Thank you!”

“I went to Sam’s Club to add a second line to my phone. The reason I went to Sam’s Club was other locations told me it couldn’t be done. The representative here Zaire was very professional, very knowledgeable and assisted me in completing my task. If I could give more than five stars, I would”

“I went to this corporate store a few days ago to set up a cellular account for my new Samsung Ultra smartwatch. I initially had a misunderstanding based on previous information, as my mobile phone was with Spectrum, and I learned that you cannot pair these devices across different networks while sharing a number. The manager, Travis, was incredibly polite and handled the situation beautifully. My sales rep, Joe, is undeniably the best sales rep I have ever met. He was incredibly kind and patient as he carefully explained why I needed to move my mobile account back from Spectrum to Verizon to get the watch paired.I had previously moved my account away from Verizon due to a terrible experience with the Hilton Head store, which is the complete antithesis of this excellent Bluffton location. Joe completely turned my perspective around. In addition to migrating my mobile account and pairing my watch, Joe also perfectly set up an LTE gateway with a nano SIM card for my detached garage. This successfully established a Wi-Fi environment so that my LiftMaster smart garage opener and my Level Pro deadbolt back door lock can now function perfectly. Travis earns 5 stars and Joe deserves 10 stars for their outstanding service.”

“All the way back to here because we needed better pillows and who has a better selection than Target? Yes, the bedding section here is excellent. And while I'm hopping Target, I needed a corkscrew and some nuts and a bottle of wine and before you know it, I'm up to $125. Oy vey. Full COVID protocols here with masks required, hand sanitizing stations and plexiglass at the registers, where "stand here" decals are placed on the floor to help with social distancing. The store was clean and the parking lot was as well lit as they're allowed to here. [Review 14349 overall, 1673 of 2020, number 716 in South Carolina.]”
