“Essence was very helpful and sweet. I am concerned about the fact their desk is behind a wall and they cannot see who comes in the door. Additionally the door does not have a chime or any indicators that someone has entered the store. Their safety matters.”

“Ive had the same of 925 rolo chain for years. Well I decided the other day I wanted to upgrade so I headed straight here as its the only small business jeweler we have here in town (that i know of). I must say Mr. Andrae is as professional and friendly as they come. I told him what I was looking for and the first chain he pulled off the case was perfect.
