It appears to me that the security system has been updated.I have contacted the office several times for personal reasons and they were always cheerful and willing to help me. “Jed McGinnisThis guy does an exceptional job running the place. The place is quiet and peaceful which I greatly enjoyed. Jed's there every morning and evening making sure nothing is amiss. I stayed with SROA for over a year due to it's affordability, location and most importantly the staff. The thing I appreciated the most was that Jed goes the extra step to help resolve any concerns and I even noticed that they have a pest control contract on location so when I came for the final time to get all my things they were rat free and my mattresses were even safe. I appreciate the exceptional customer service and Jed left a great impression. If I need storage in the future SROA will be the first people I look up and that's thanks to Jed going above and beyond.”
