Clean, easy access and private too! 24hr surveillance, completely fenced in with security controlled gate (just uses a code to let you in), and someone is always on site during the week 9 -5. Privately owned and easy to work with! Definitely lenient with rental payments when needed. After all of the different storage places that I've rented from over the years, I have to say that this one is a 10/10 top notch place!! I would recommend it over all of them, without blinking an eye:)”

“I damaged my sister's car by backing into it. I asked her to get estimates from at least two businesses, and told her I did not want to necessarily go with the cheaper estimate, if there was one - I needed to feel comfortable with and have confidence in the business. The first business quoted close to $1000 - they would replace the front bumper. Charlie said there was no need to replace the bumper, but that he would fix it and make it like new; his price - $400. Both places gave a 2 1/2 day time-frame. I never talked with Charlie myself, but my sister said he was nice, and was easy to talk to; she was comfortable with his business and his explanation of the work. The people from the other business were also nice but because Charlie's price was so much lower because he was able to fix instead of replace, I chose Charlie's. Both businesses have a clause on their paperwork that the actual bill may be higher than the estimate due to unforeseen expenses. Due to sickness that resulted in one less worker, the car took one day longer than estimated, which was not a problem. When my sister and I picked up the car, I met Charlie's lovely and friendly office manager when I paid the bill. The amount was exactly $400. The car's bumper? Beautiful! Just like new!”
