“I recently rented a storage unit for the first time, and overall, I had a good experience. However, I did notice some mouse poop and holes in a few of my boxes while moving out. Despite that, the staff was patient with me when I couldn't move out by the original date, so I really appreciate their understanding. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to provide a 'move out' email or have information on the website about the requirements for closing the storage unit. That would have been really helpful for a first-timer like me.”
