“I can’t recommend 183 Automotive enough. They are by far the best mechanics I’ve ever been to.
I came in convinced my head gasket was blown after another shop had already taken my engine apart. Instead of just replacing the head gasket and charging me for unnecessary work, the team at 183 Automotive took the time to properly diagnose the problem. It turned out to be just two small O-ring gaskets. That level of honesty says everything about their integrity.
Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed every step of the way. They always called to get my approval before starting any additional work, explained what they found, and made sure I understood my options.
Everyone in the office was respectful, friendly, and helpful, and they worked hard to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible. The mechanics and staff truly care about their customers, and it shows.
