Ingles Markets offers a generally positive shopping experience with affordable prices and a good selection of deli food. Customers appreciate their favorite deli items, like chicken and hot foods, though some note concerns about sanitation and cleanliness at this older store. Staff often appear bored and lack enthusiasm, with some customers feeling the store needs better organization and updates, especially around the register area. The store's layout can feel cramped and scattered, and its outdated appearance makes it less appealing compared to newer locations. Despite these issues, many find their visits satisfactory and enjoy occasional good sales, but there is a desire for a new, modern store in the area.
I love ingles! This is my favorite grocery store to go to! They always have super sales and a great weekly ads! They have great fried chicken and deli and the produce is always amazingly fresh
