“The store can be troublesome at time. They don't always carry what I'm looking for. It's not the store itself problem, perhaps it's the warehouse. However the staff is great and always never had issues with staff. They are easy to talk to and will help to find your needs.”
“I had to have my knee replaced.
So I started using Instacart from
Food Lion. I had never ordered groceries online. Other products, but never groceries.
It is super easy! The best part is the sales associate who is getting your groceries will text you. They actually shop for your groceries and text you to let you know if the product you're ordering is out of stock and they will text you a picture of substitute to ask if you would like to have this instead.
How cool is that!
I wanted to write a review for a young lady that works at Food Lion, through Instacart.

Haley P., was so sweet, delightful and professional. She really stuck out.

“The place looks like it was real cute in its prime day and age. I'd love to see it make a comeback and offer groceries like it once did. It's got an old school vibe and the owners are all very sweet. Prices are decent too”

I want management to see this review. I love Piedmont South Carolina. In a 10 mile there are probably 10 or more store's. So I shopped at all of them and Mrs. Adams had been the kindest employee you have a Dollar General.
I have encountered extremely rude employees. Some that should no longer have there job.
Mrs. Adams, went above and beyond what her regular duties call for.
I have tried to talk with other employees at other stores about the, "Penny Tuesday". Mrs. Adams had been the employee to talk with me about it.
Consistently, for 3 years I shopped at Dollar General. Still do. Dispute most of the employees are rude.
It was really nice. That's what is missing. Customer service, being able to shoo and scan items without being followed or the employee will be constantly walking in a circle looking at you. Both making you feel uncomfortable. So I stopped my first Penny Tuesday.
I just wanted to let management know what a wonderful employee Mrs. Adams is. Also, thank her.

“The only reason I gave this store a 4 star instead of a 5 is because some of their prices are higher than another store where I shop. Their customer service, cashiers and other staff are superb... 5 stars. Their produce is in excellent (fresh) condition and their meats are always fresh... two things that are very important to me. It is a rare occasion that I want a product that they don't stock or are out of. If they are out of it they will inform me when it will be back in. Always ample parking. They are not a shiny, bright new store. That doesn't bother me because all I want is fresh food available when I need it that is not overly priced.”

“Run in Looking for benadryl to treat my brother for a bee sting normally it helps. The staff was amazing! They made sure he was ok! Staff reacted like they all knew what to do. My brother was in bad condition they didn't have to help us but because of there fast response he is doing good. I just wanted to say thanks to the whole crew for their help, it saved his life. This ain't a normal review but to me it's one that need recognition!”
