“Car wouldn't start and had to call to be towed to dealership and used my auto club...this is second time I've had them dispatched to me in the 5 years I've had this auto club and both times they have called me to inform me of their time arrival and confirmation of location very shortly after placing call and they are very polite and informative on what is going on. I have and will continue recommending them to people. I work as a courier and have had to be towed plenty of times for work and have had rude drivers and 3 to 5 hr waits stranded before with other companies so I had a lot of comparisons and I would if I could only use I85 towing. Also, as a female I felt comfortable and didn't feel like I was being patronized either and I have in past with another company my work uses.”
