“These guys will do there best to take care of you. I'm redoing after todays experience. I took my truck in and told the person up front that I had a grinding noise on my front pads. They checked and said it was back brakes and there was no problem with fronts. So after over 1000 dollars for back brakes I'm back with the same problem after I feel something popped in front brakes, and they tell me it blew front calipers. And they were supposed to check and fix windshield washer and they did not even check it at all. I don't know what happened to planet Automotive but to me it has gone down on service. If someone had drove and check they would have found the problem was the front brakes. Well planet Automotive you took me for over 1000 dollars. Enjoy you will never see our trucks again.I was contacted by owner and we have worked out the breakdown in communication and I will be taking my trucks to Planet Automotive for service.I really appreciate Planet Automotive stepping up and resolving the issues I had. That says alot about how they care.”

“This is the Butlers again, and this is January 22, 2024.A little over 4 years ago JB's or Mr Brown's Transmission replaced our 2009 Honda Ridgeline's Transmission, with a used one, it was in desperate need of replacement.And as we mentioned before Mr Brown's team did an excellent job replacing that Transmission!!We travel alot!!! *many* miles were put on that replacement by us. Now that Transmission has retired/died.?Anywho, we had our Ridgeline towed to a mechanic, recommended by a friend, over sixty miles from us, but there was no way our budget could afford the charge quoted after accessing the job.So, once again considering Mr Brown, we called, told him our troubles, had the Ridgeline towed to him, and now we will get another replacement priced within our budget?The work has not be done yet, but we look forward to the skilled craftsmanship of Mr Brown's team and years of experience!!We should have our baby back home driving us around town hopefully by January 29th?****************Below an old post.Our 2009 Honda Ridgeline has been jerking for a good while, we needed to see if it was the transmission. Another place was recommended to us first, taking it there they we're closed, we looked across the street and saw JB's Transmission, how very very fortunate we saw that business!!! It took a while to get the necessary parts for the transmission but this team of dedicated skilled mechanic did an excellent job! They wondered how in the world the truck drove all that time before we brought it to them.”

“I reached out to this company on a whim trying to find a car of mine. They did not have it however the person I spoke to (which from my understanding is the owner/operator) having no obligation whatsoever to me or my mission , but still he went over and above to assist me. To a point I have never experienced nor heard of as it pertains to any past dealings with tow companies etc. No matter the case I have never purposely benefitted from any personal experience while dealing with any like companies thruout my life and the 4 different states . This guy was absolutely spot on in his professionalism, is knowledgeable and this is the most important in my opinion is and was willing to kindly share that knowledge to the extent far beyond his obligation of which as I Said was none. NOT only will I be making storing his number so that in any future dealing with in his line of work Firehouse will be the only towing and recovery company I will use. Also the only one I will ever recommend being used to and in any event within his operating limits and even outside of his operation boundaries will I recommend this company. I truly appreciate, respect and support business owners with his qualities and abilities. I would go as far as promoting his business willingly thru such ways as referencing his service, wearing any sort of logo or brand his Company made available including but not limited. To clothing, hats , and even advertising without charge a on a larger scale such as decal on any vehicle I owned passing out brand and marketing related products within my power to attempt and return my gratitude in any ways that any other business owner would have to pay for as a service. I trust this company and highly recommend to use them over any other towing outfit around... THANKS FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS. “They've made a lifetime customer out of me. I can you usually fix most issues that occur with my vehicles. However, my check engine light came on and it was throwing a code that I couldn't resolve on my own. I took it into them, and they could have tried to convince me to spend 70 Shop hours to change some components to MAYBE resolve the code, but instead told me that my vehicle is not at risk and it's okay to continue driving. Saved me a ton of money, and the honesty made it so that I will always choose them.”
