“Jason Wathen and staff took our vehicle and fixed it for “less than1/10 of what the Hyundai dealership was going to charge. We paid them $250 for a completely inaccurate diagnostic. Jason’s price for the complete correct repair was less than the $250 Hyundai Cars of Charleston’s diagnostic charge. And was completely correct while Hyundai was trying to bilk us out of THOUSANDS. Jason is now our family’s “GO TO MECHANIC!” We drive over 25 miles and past dozens of repair shops to get to him at Zero Foxtrot Garage!”

“I went in to this location at about 8:30 am on a Friday, because I had a nail in my tire. The parking lot and lobby were packed, so I prepared myself for a long wait. I was checked in by the sweetest girl, and she told me that the wait would be less than an hour, which made me very happy. About 15 minutes later, my name was called and my car was done!! After another sweet girl checked me out and told me to have a blessed day, I went to my car (which had been moved right in front of the door) and there was a fresh long stem rose sitting on my seat!! Gerald's, you earned a new customer in myself and my husband, and I will recommend to everyone I know!!”
“Jordan who is the general manager was absolutely helpful. I spoke to him two days before I brought my vehicle in. He explained the cost to service my vehicle. So I brought it in on a Saturday morning, and he greeted me. He checked my brake fluid, and he showed me that I did not need to change for now. His employee James was pleasant and helpful. He flushed my coolant out, and Jordan oversee the process. I have to say that Jordan was honest and sincere what my vehicle needed. Thank you again. I will definitely be coming back here. They fixed the transmission. They didn't replace and run me up a huge bill. They fixed what needed to be fixed in an honest and forthright way. I appreciate not being taken to the cleaners and I appreciate that they treated me like a person and not just an income source. The branch manager, William Spinks, was awesome to work with. I highly recommend giving Holt transmission, and Mr. Spinks a call for your needs!”

I had an excellent experience with Jeff's. I brought my car in for an estimate and Jeff provided a time frame and $ amount.
I dropped my car off and a week later Jeff finished the job. What Jeff quoted was exactly what I paid.
The process went exactly how I expected and I hope it would. He was able to take care of my car even though I didn't have an insurance claim.
5/5 stars, will be bringing my car here for any future needs.”
