Called and spoke to Lauren with payment issues . Not only did she clear it up but also was amazing to work with. Customer service was top notch and will recommend her to anyone that would need storage needs.

It was so nice to have someone there that wasn't a box with a key to pick my U-Haul. I only dropped off but spoke to them prior and was super impressed. Upon arrival they had me checked out in no time and even let me leave my car there so I had a way home after. 10/10
