“Called and spoke to Lauren with payment issues . Not only did she clear it up but also was amazing to work with. Customer service was top notch and will recommend her to anyone that would need storage needs.”

“John and his crew moved us from our old home to our new home a few miles away. They did a fantastic job. We had them pack for us and everything arrived in one piece. They were very careful with our furniture and placed everything where I asked. The charge for moving and packing was very reasonable. I recommend them highly and would not hesitate to call them again if the need arises.”

“Have used this facility for years because Kim is simply the best and I have had her looking over my things for years as I travel the globe. I use the climate control facilities and when the AC broke
and I called they had it fixed in a timely manner. Thanks for keeping my memories safe for me!”
“Pablo is an exceptional soul
I certainly appreciate his attention to details
He works to get it done right the first time

“This property is well protected. It helps me feel safe leaving our equipment. The property is easy to enter and exit; spacious enough to pull our equipment in and park with out feeling as if it's an obstacle course. It is reasonably priced for use.”
“Just rented a storage unit and it was the easiest and most pleasant experience ever! Spotless facility. Sara helped us and made the process a breeze! Thanks again!”
“Excellent security, with limited access, bright lighting and an unusually secure lock system on unit door. Staff is courteous, and will actually go out of their way to lend assistance when needed. I experienced this first hand when a key was lost. During my three decades of renting self-storage units in four cities, this is the best service I've received”

“Quality service very fast and efficient always there available for everything that you need the best quality units around that you can get for any local or traveling individual. Highly recommend 15 stars!!”
“I would recommend this place to anyone as I had the best experience with Sara. Not only was Sara friendly & knowledgeable, but she was also very helpful as I was kinda lost and she made sure I got the right size unit. She also recommended some local favorite restaurants & sites. It was such a pleasure that it hardly felt like business but more like becoming part of the local low country family.”
“Lashanda is so kind and helpful. We have used this storage facility in the past and she is the reason why we came back. She has THE BEST customer service. Anytime there has been an issue or I have had any questions she has always been the one to help me. She is THE BEST!!! Thank you for everything you do Lashanda!”
“I have to say Sharonda and Theresa are top notch they absolutely care about the property and care about their customers. Top notch customer service and cleanliness!”
“After I made my way to the main office to check into my unit across town, I was greeted by Liz who assigned me my unit and code to get into gate...It went smooth as silk.”
“Susan, Calvin, Mac, Jerome, and Reggie we great. Very professional, and skilled movers. Communication was really good and was vital to having a good move. This team exceeded our expectations and we would use them againin a heartbeat!!”
“It really does feel good to get a call back when a person says they’re gonna call you back. Miss Gaby did just that! But not only did she call me back. She already had everything handled when she called me back. I am Super Satisfied ??”
“I can't say enough good things about Grid Self Storage and the PERSONAL and CARING attention our family received from Phil, the Manager. Phil listened to our needs (which were a little more complicated than just moving household goods into a storage bin), and took his time walking us through our options and the process to set up an account. He provided solutions that made our needs much simpler. On move in day, Phil was there to HELP and guide us, the Uhaul delivery, and the Penske moving truck delivery. He is a genuinely nice guy that cares about Grid Storage customers. Moving is stressful enough ... you will NOT experience stress because of your storage needs with Grid Self Storage.”
“Great service and a large selection. Definitely the best U-Haul in the Bluffton, Beaufort, Hilton Head area. I’ve used them several times and always had a positive experience.”
“Can not recommend enough. Have used for two local moves, both during 96 periods (one during New Year's Eve weekend). Only charged me for Friday and Saturday, regardless of if returned Sunday or Monday. As long as it was back the morning they returned to work, only charged me for two days. Did not charge me for dollys or blankets or anything, just a flat rate for gas and daily rental. Would recommend to anyone moving locally.”
