“I love this store! I've never shopped there for Christmas. But this year, I decided to give it a shot. I found so many great gifts for my family at reasonable prices! I'll definitely be doing more shopping there!”
“I was so disappointed with the Manager of the store today, his name was Jason. I came in on Thursday to purchase a sofa and he came up to the register angry didn't understand why. I asked him would I be receiving the floor model and he didn't answer me totally ignored me. And today I came in with my Co-worker to pick up sofa sectional and decided to buy some lamps, the bar code was at the bottom of the lamps the young lady went to find pricing but we had to turned lamps over and the older lady at cash register scanned the items, And I paid well the manager Jason came out and said where are those guys going with those lamps I tried to explained I purchased them, as well he totally ignored me and demanded a answer from his staff, I showed him my receipt for the lamps and he told me to mine my business he wasn't talking to me. I felt very disrespected I just purchased furniture and returned to purchase more stuff and all I did was show him that the stuff was in fact purchased and not taking from the store. He should not be a Manager I work with people everyday and have never been treated the way Jason treated me am a paying customer I never called him out his name just wanted to show him I paid and the end result he told me to leave his store however I was already outside. I hope that he learns to listen and not be so angry especially working with the public. Sincerely Mwest”
“Some good typical Ross type deals, store is usually a bit unorganized and there is always a medium wait to check out as there is normally just 1 or 2 register people.”

My daughter was carrying her stuffed animal, and this wonderful woman didn’t know this, but somebody had just bullied her about this toy, the cashier asked her about it and put a smile on her face when she needed it most. I wish I had gotten her name! It was July 13 at 5pm, I hope this review finds her and she gets her roses! Thank you for blessing my daughter and turning her day around ?”

“This particular store was well stocked. The store was clean & what I really liked was when the one register was being used and a line was forming another employee immediately opened up a second one. If only that one register had been open l guess l would have been in line maybe 20- 25 minutes. Good job of 2nd employee to open up the register when they saw the need without being told. Good customer service ?”
“The customer service was very friendly. It was easy in and easy out. There was no waiting in line. Everything was organized in the store with easy access to the aisles... I would visit there again!”

“Well in all honesty if there is something particular you want that you can only get at the big grocery stores, then you can get your weekly things at the dollar general. Milk, chips and other snacks, even those frozen pizzas and if you in a jam, you'll find eggs and bread. If your single like me, this is great, for the basics. If you have a cat or dog, I wouldn't recommend their needs here. Save that for big grocery shopping.”
