“I've always enjoyed Big lots, so much so I went back two times yesterday. Lol. I was looking to purchase a suitcase and they had 30% off. Found the one I liked, went to other places to check prices and went back and purchased. There was no stock sitting in aisles waiting to be put away, they do have curbside service. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five it's because the cashier did not use my phone number to gain points when I purchased. I asked if he could add the points and he said no he was sorry there was nothing he could do. Oh well.”

“This particular store was well stocked. The store was clean & what I really liked was when the one register was being used and a line was forming another employee immediately opened up a second one. If only that one register had been open l guess l would have been in line maybe 20- 25 minutes. Good job of 2nd employee to open up the register when they saw the need without being told. Good customer service ?”

“Despite the rudeness of the cashier, we were able to get a lovely dress for a corrected price. I will always be appreciative to those that work in retail however that woman (cahsier) almost saw another side me. I thank God for showing me another way to treat people. I exercised the fruit of His spirit rather than my own fleshly desires. Great job to the other workers in the store to put up with such a nasty attitude.”
