“My wife bent the setting on her engagement ring and when I attempted to bend it back I snapped it clear off. I visited Bay Street Jewelers to repair the ring and now have a handful of reasons to recommend after just one visit. First, the staff there is very friendly and easy to talk with. Second, I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of the repair. Seeing as I’m the one who broke my wife’s ring anyone coulda probably guessed I would have paid an arm and a leg to get out of the dog house. I ended up paying less than 1% of the rings value to have it repaired! Lastly, the estimated turn around time was a week, Mark had the ring repaired, cleaned, and appraised in a matter of days. I highly recommend them! For all of your jewelry and watch needs.”

“I found out about this store just searching around for things to do in Beaufort and heard about these fantastic sweet tea floats...I just had to have one and so glad I did! This store is BEAUTIFUL ? a feast for the eyes...I asked the gal behind the bar if I could take pictures and she said "of course"! The shop is amazing from the art to arrangement to those amazing sweet tea floats...I had passion fruit! The store was closing but they didn't shoo me out and let me take my time looking at everything. I ended up purchasing a car sticker and a scout sweatshirt. I can't wait to go back... BEAUTIFUL store, yummy and unique beverage, and amazing customer service ..in love!! ?”

“I want to give a shout out to Zales Outlet in Bluffton, SC. Store manager Diana Tarulli went above and beyond with her customer service. We recently had my husbands wedding ring resized (after wearing it too big for over a year), it was finished and we went to pick it up last week. While at the store I asked Diana if she could clean the ring my husband got me for Christmas over a year & a half ago purchased around the same time. She asked if it needed to be inspected as it needed to be done every 6 months to meet the guarantee requirements. I said, sure. I didn’t have the paperwork with me and she couldn’t find it under my name or my husbands. There was no record of it! Because she remember us, and remembered our story of why the ring was purchased (in memory of my oldest sons death), she was able to go through the back door of the system using dates & numbers to find our purchase. It took a few minutes but it was worth it! I also asked if she could clean and inspect my wedding rings that were purchased in another state from a different jeweler (who we had a very bad experience with and will never go back)! She said, “ABSOLUTELY”! We chatted about life, family & health. Diana’s personality & detail to customer satisfaction is the reason we would highly recommend Zales in Tanger! ?♥️?Diane & Dennis”
