I would be afraid to entrust my daughter to a young woman who doesn't know how to be cordial or provide good customer service; she acts as if she isn't getting paid. It’s awful. This is my first time at this store, and I hope it’s my last.
UPDATE. I went back to this store and the same employee was unpleasant—she still wanted to pierce my daughter's ears. She is excellent at the actual job of piercing ears, but she really needs to improve her customer service and the way she treats people.”
