“I had awful experience with a ring I had less than a year. Broke three times, lost diamonds. Just horrible. Thankfully their warranty is amazing, and Meka and Lindsay at this location were BEYOND helpful and went out of their way to alleviate any additional stress that came with it. I was able to fully exchange my current ring, for another that was built better and more durable. They definitely made the experience better than it had started when dealing with corporate. If it wasn’t for them, I don’t think I would even consider purchasing from them again, but now.. I would”

“I have been looking for a jeweler that is willing to clean and repair jewelry. I have pieces I’ve held onto for years. Thankfully, the Jeweler’s Bench was not only willing, they did a fantastic job cleaning some sterling jewelry (even some with precious stones) that I thought was a lost cause. They also were able to source a stone I lost and repair a cherished bracelet. The owners, Gwen and Pat, are the kindest people you’ll ever met. It’s a joy doing business with them!”
