“Terrible service from the moment we walked in. The employee working today at 6 PM doesn't know how to handle customers and has a very bad attitude. I would be afraid to entrust my daughter to a young woman who doesn't know how to be cordial or provide good customer service; she acts as if she isn't getting paid. It’s awful. This is my first time at this store, and I hope it’s my last.
UPDATE. I went back to this store and the same employee was unpleasant—she still wanted to pierce my daughter's ears. She is excellent at the actual job of piercing ears, but she really needs to improve her customer service and the way she treats people.”

“This is the Cartier of pawn! Great staff (all of them). Classy, empathetic, reasonable people. Some people come in with a cheap gold necklace with a stranger’s name and expect to get top dollar with something of little or no interest to the general public. Some people are expecting ridiculously high prices for items with little or no value. This is a business and operates as such. These people are honest and fair. The best at what they do!
