As one who doesn’t do well at the sight of my own blood, she had me so distracted by good conversation, that I was done before I even knew it. Surprisingly, I felt great leaving, even after losing a pint of blood! I was so impressed with her service, I contacted my doctor later that day to brag on Mia, as my doctor had been looking for a new phlebotomist for her patients.
