I brought my car in because I had heard rattling while driving for a few weeks, then the exhaust got really loud. The repairs were more than I had anticipated (needing a new muffler) and the price was still less than half what I expected to pay on the low end (compared to what google said).”

“If I could give Axxis LLC 100 stars, I would.
I have worked in a service department before. I have seen the games. I have seen the pressure tactics. I have seen how easy it is for customers to get taken advantage of. So when I say Axxis is different, I mean that with my whole chest.
This is hands down the best auto repair shop I have EVER been to.
It is owned and operated by the kindest couple, and they have built an amazing team that clearly reflects who they are. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way.
Their pricing is INCREDIBLY fair. Not inflated. Not padded. Just honest. They fix what needs to be fixed and they do not try to “find” extra problems. No pressure. No scare tactics. No awkward upsell conversations.
Just solid, reliable work done by good people.
I trust them completely and I refuse to take my car anywhere else. Seriously. If you are in Greenville and you value honesty and quality, stop scrolling. This is your shop.”

“Hi, I have a 1979 AMC Jeep CJ7. I’ve owned her for 44 years. For the last three years I was overseas and placed her in storage. Upon returning some of the gaskets ,oil pan, main bearing seals, had gone bad. I called a half dozen places in the Greenville and surrounding area, no one would do the job due to age. I usually do my own work but due to health issues I can no longer work on her. A respected friend told me to go to Chans transmissions. So glad I followed his advice. They needed the vehicle a few days and they gladly agreed to keep her stored inside during the overnight stays. Cassey was great to work with, they are extremely professional keeping me informed of progress. I had found one other place in Pickens that works only on jeeps, their work failed after two days when I ultimately found Chans. I cannot communicate how happy I am with Chans work, not one drop of oil on the ground three days later!! I’ve had 4 wives and one faithful jeep. She was with me during many military transfers during a 38 year career. A sincere thank you to the owners and staff at Chans, I am sooo happy my girl is no longer bleeding. ? I will only use Chans for any future work needed. High quality work, honest, reliable, stand by their work, professional!”

“Came in this morning because my check engine light came on. Turns out I needed new spark plugs and ignition coil. The mechanic named “Anderson” had the parts ordered and delivered within 15 minutes and did a great job on the repair. Will definitely recommend for auto service to anybody.”

“Went to a big retailer who will remain nameless to have my tires changed. They changed all of my tires but one. Which had a bolt that was stripped on the inside. I went to two other places. One wanted $268 and the other said a blow torch would be needed. Finally, I went to see Matt on Woodside Drive. He said the job would be difficult, but immediately set to work removing the bolt. Which was a hell of a job, but it didn't involve a blow torch. It was a lot of work on their part, but they had the know how others obviously did not. They changed the tire, replaced the lug and nut. All for a very reasonable price. That is why I am writing this review. They saved the day for me. If you need someone work done. Then go see Matt at Tires & Service. Send all your business to them.”
