“This company right here from the retired father and son working the front desk together and the man behind the scenes Brandon 5 star company all the way from the price to the customer service to calling me a few hours later to check on my family. Our truck lost a wheel @70 on 26 west in the construction no shoulder to pull over god was copiloting that nite, so it wasn’t pretty. After being towed to 1 shop and them quoting me 6x more than total parts cost I had it towed to kunkle tire after they got the parts my truck was back on the road in a few hours impressed isn’t even here I’m blown away with the customer service, can’t express my gratitude enough but if they ever make it to Florida they have a spot and a meal? ? thank you for everything and my family thanks you! “We were 5 hours away from home and on our way to the beach with a fully loaded van when we were involved in an accident on the interstate. Police dispatched Mark to tow our van. It's hard to put into words how truly grateful we are that Mark was sent to us. He was patient and kind. My children were upset and scared after the accident, but Mark help put them at ease. His calm demeanor and positivity show in his work. We know our vehicle is in safe hands with Mark and his team. Mark went above and beyond by offering to take us to our rental car and allowing us time to transfer our belongings over. We know how valuable his time is and he didn't have to do that for us. In fact, most wrecker drivers would not have done this as they only make money when they are towing vehicles. He turned a very awful experience into a positive one just by being human and kind. “I was traveling back to Tennessee through South Carolina 7-10-23 and had problems with my Ford transit van. I was able to make it to Cromley Ford in Newberry. The service manager, Ben had a diagnostic check done on the van. They took the time to assist me and get me back on the road within just a couple hours by replacing the throttlebody injector which I had had replaced two weeks prior at a local mechanic shop where I live. Not only did they listen to my concerns and get my vehicle in immediately they actually were cheaper than my local shop that did the repairs two weeks prior for the same part. Ben, Danny, Salina, and Mr. Cromley himself all asked if there was anything that they could do for my son and I while we were waiting for the repair. The owner and staff are very friendly and I would recommend service or buying a vehicle from Cromley Ford in Newberry or Saluda to anyone. ????”

“Stevie is cool and all, and they do a good job, and have a wide range of motors/trans and even cars, but man is it pricey! Some stiff I can get in sets for cheaper or better price/unit. Some stuff is a good deal tho. I recently bought a chevy OHV V8 from here with low miles and its a good motor. Honest and honestly expensive and honestly quality.”

“Naiam (I think that's his name but I probably butchered the spelling, sorry) is very knowledgeable and a chill dude he was great. The only problem I have with this place is that they charge $12 per tire for lifetime balancing, that is absolutely if I got 4 tires that'd be over $50 including tax, do you know how many little Caesars pizzas I could buy for that? When I asked the gentleman to take off the lifetime balancing he told me that they charged you for it whether you got it or not. Other than that it was great.”
