“Stopped here this morning (7/19/21) to drop off a return labeled package. I was greeting when I walked in and dropped of my package and got a receipt. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to come to this location after visiting a "Fed Ex wanna be" place that was 5 minutes from my house but the associate there was extremely rude and insisted a photo of my label was all that was needed as a receipt. Nope. I needed a receipt to prove I dropped it off in case the receiver never got it. I'll never return to that place again. But this location was very nice and friendly and I'll drop off packages here in the future.”
