“The wait time was reasonable, the staff, while not overly or overtly friendly — they were nonetheless professional. More importantly, they ensured my overnight delivery was done without any flaws as the contents (passport and Visa Application) were very important and time was of the essence. They were clear in directions, and competent. I would take that over having an incompetent cheer leader. Perhaps some of the more extreme reviews are at least in part, problems that belong to the customers.”
