I would definitely go with a different company if I had to do it over again. They broke my main Sewage line under my house they told me that whoever installed the sewage line did not use any glue which is baffling me because the other part of the line is stuck inside The part of the line that is broken. They did try to put glue on it to cover it up but apparently they're not plumbers. We paid over $8000 to get the floor level which they did But when you break something thay should be fixing it. It has been a month so far and I had to go under the house to duct tape the parts of my pipe that they broke. Zack Was the salesman through this. He has been no help whatsoever. I'm sure he got his money so he is happy with the turnout. If you do get ramjack please make sure that you look over there job before signing anything. Plus there are other things about the job that the installers told me they would take care of and never did but my main concern is the line that has been broke. I wish I could take some pictures but unfortunately the site won't let me.
It's pretty funny that I can't reply to your reply So I guess I have to do it like this. You're installers broke my pipe. I don't care about what codes are involved you damaged my house.. The fact that you won't even send anyone out here to look at it other than what some installers tell you let's me know you are in inadequate company.
I hope somebody reads this and decides to go with another company because of course you appreciate my business 'cause I paid in full and now I get the runaround. Anytime I see a Ram Jack message I am definitely going to let them know my experience

We have an over 100 years old home. Sub pump failed mid February, and 2 days of heavy winter rain and sitting water created a “cave in” of our earthen basement. :( Ram Jack of SC was called on a Monday morning, and at our home the next day, thank to Brent. We were scheduled within 3days. They visited our property 2 additional times before the work started to truly get a full scope of all the intricate work we needed to have done, and were very transparent throughout the whole process. (Thank you John, for your oversight) The crew (Corey, Beau and John) were so skilled, patient (I had been anxiety filled fearing my house would collapse due to the cave in), and quick on the job. They have helped to stabilize and level the main floor, and I feel so much better about what’s going on underneath my house as we hope to continue for many years more in the upstairs of our home. Thank you again so much!

Last April, Ramjack was hired to repair my foundation. The quality of work was unacceptable. It took 2 weeks before anyone to come back to inspect the work. My home is still in the same condition. Quality of work looks as though amateurs did the work. Reported Ramjack to the BBB. They didn’t take pride in their work. I will post pictures at a later date. They charged me 5,000 dollars for the work.

*Edit Spoke with management, Rodney Garrett who was very shocked and concerned about the issue and he was extremely empathetic. He apologized on Phil's behalf and explained to me the process and did exactly what I'd expect them to have done the first time. It seems it was not a company issue just an individual issue.
I scheduled to get an expert opinion on my home’s foundation issues and I was completely dissatisfied with the quality of service. I scheduled my appointment for 9:00am and 14 minutes before our appointment as I’m driving to the property the assigned contractor let’s me know his ETA is 10:00am. I’ve dealt with vendors like this before since I own other properties so this didn’t surprise me. Phil, the vendor, showed up 15 minutes prior to the ETA as the tenant informed me. I was on my way to be there 5 minutes prior, since I expected him to be late again, according to the tenant Phil was there for 10 minutes and than left. He texted me when I was 2 minutes that the crawlspace had wood rot and they were unable to handle that issue. As someone who is unfamiliar I had thought he would be there for our rescheduled appointment
for a more detailed explanation, but as I was pulling into the property 5 minutes before the time he was already leaving. I tried to get his attention with my horn and he kept driving. I tried calling him several times and he would not respond, and eventually my calls went straight to voicemail. To me this in itself is completely unacceptable as someone who deals with customers and clients themselves I would at least have the common courtesy to return a client that didn’t work outs call and give a proper explanation. He eventually texts me they don’t work on foundation with wood rot and when questioned why he just repeated it and gave me the advice to find another contractor. Still ignoring my calls, I just wanted to get an explanation on how big of a deal the issue actually was. If he would’ve just told me what that problem means for them repairing the founds or why they don’t work on it, I would accept that I find someone else, but it was his lack of professionalism that caused me to leave this type of review. This I don’t care attitude is ridiculous and he needs to be held accountable for his performance today. God bless and I hope this lets others know to look elsewhere if you want your work done on time and professionally without the headache of hard to work with vendors.

This is a modification from my original review of the company. The work was performed great and on time. I did have some issues getting the proper documentation for my county inspector. The ball was definitely dropped here, but once I called Charlotte last week, she immediately jumped into action. She didn’t blame anyone for mistakes, and immediately took ownership and actions to rectify the situation. The issue that was lingering for months, was handled by Charlotte in one day. Thank you Charlotte for being an asset to your company!

Catoe got there ten minutes early, then proceeded to tell my wife that they didn’t know why they were there, then some other guy showed up after him and said multiple times they didn’t bother to read the notes, and was very condescending and rude to her, even putting his finger up to her telling her to hold on. When she told them they could leave he stormed off while she was talking. Will definitely find somebody else to do foundation work.

John and his team showed up early in the morning ready to work, they were professional, courteous and informative, my rating for them is 5 stars. My overall rating is 4 stars primarily due to lack of communication. After agreeing with Ben to have the work completed and then scheduling a date 30+ days out, I never received any additional follow up until the door bell rang, as a result I wasn’t sure if it was a go, I had reached out but with no follow up or response received. I’m very satisfied, but if Ram Jack SE is looking to wow their customers, communication is the secret sauce.

A new product that Ramjack is offering to level concrete slabs with a foam product may not work as advertised. Despite numerous photos showing success, my concrete ramp did not level. The fine print in the contract states that there is no guarantee of success, so I had to pay in full$$$. Management promised to look into another solution and that they would get back with me. I’ll let you guess what happened next.

My experience was good as far as the posts are concerned, however, in order to install the posts the workers had to remove the aluminum cast columns and were unable to reinstall them making our property look unfinished. After contacting Ram Jack regarding this, we were told it is up to us to reinstall with no guidance on who to contact. The installers could have put the bottoms in and let the concrete dry then return the following day to put in the tops which connect to the home. Instead they put up the post and left the job. It has been 3 months since the job and although we are pleased to have our home secured, never would we have imaged the look of the property after Ram Jack installed the support beams - horrible. We are extremely dissatisfied with Ram Jack and will NEVER recommend them.

This rating is in reference to my mother's house. It has been over four months and you guys have still not had the engineer get back to us about work that was done by your company a few years ago. There were things recommended and done that should not have occured and now our house is paying for it. Maybe if you had employees that did their job correctly you wouldn't have gotten this rating.

We had Ram Jack come out for one of our condos. Because the HOA owns the exterior including the crawl space I wanted to meet the person out there to ask some questions. They agreed to call before the visit. They did not. Our property manage asked them to send us the report and she was told that they left it with the homeowner and get it from them. She said that she would like the report sent to her and the person was extremely rude and said that we needed to deal with the homeowner.
I have no idea how good their work is but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
