I am on vacation originally from Florida, and I visited this store today because I needed to upgrade one of my phones as well as some other things. Once I came in I was kindly greeted & placed on a queue. The ASM Justin was very attentive making sure everyone was being taken care of and assuring everyone they would be attended soon. Once it was my turn, I went with Josh. Josh was very nice and helpful. We were able to complete all the things I came in for and the overall experience was great. Thank you to the entire team I met and I hope others take examples from you guys!

Dismissive, unhelpful manager. Went in for a simple screen protector warranty. Was told there was nothing he could do because my proof of purchase wasn’t in his system. Wouldn’t even look at the emails from AT&T where I’d purchased it along with my new 15 Promax. No offers to make a call figure it out. Nothing. Extremely frustrating to deal with this kind of incompetence with a representative in a manager’s position.
