Even though I had to find a parking spot for 18 wheelers. I had to walk quite a long way. I was on already ups. Because of the ladies who did nothing put waste 2.5 hours of life to try and get my phone fixed. The gentleman who was very helpful I was very n and out of the store in about 10 minutes. Candra was great! We had a little hiccup with the new phone, but she helped sort it out quickly and efficiently. She was super friendly with the kids and made the whole experience easy. Great customer service!
