I came in for something really simple, and the team & manager need more training. They were confused by what I assume were normal question. They were confused by everything and literally nothing was resolved. I felt like I had to reiterate every detail, and repeat why I was there so many times. Really odd, and uncomfortable. Btw I was just there to trade my phone in and upgrade. I had to go to a different store afterwards

Jim Guarascio at the Rock Hill SC location was excellent! We switched from Verizon because of service and lack of customer service response from our business representative.Jim saved us up to $200 per month. I left feeling confident in our decision!!!

After multiple calls in to customer service for problems with my billing, overcharges, and fees, and eventually a cut off and restart; I drove out to the AT&T store to talk "face to face" with a representative at still, was told they couldn't help me but gave me another number to "call" in and talk to. After already calling four times prior! Why have a center only willing to sell you a phone or a plan and not have staff in place there to resolve issues with them. A complete wasted trip. The representative was not the problem, but his ability not to be granted authority to resolve issues with charges and or reimbursement is an obvious concern that AT&T is more concerned about new customers than satisfaction of their current customers. Right now I'm sorry I switched from Metro PCS. I never went there the five years I was with them or longer, that an issue was resolved before I left their store.Why did the AT&T representative make that call while I was their. When he left to involve his manager, why not the manager himself take over? No. Instead he came back with a number to call again. Five weeks straight frustration on the phone! Ridiculous. Maybe AT&T is just too big and spread out to service their customers needs. Maybe it's time to switch companies again. We'll see. I'm going to call this new number and if my issue isn't resolved I will make it known by following up this post. JW

First let me say, I'm extremely impatience and when I was told that I'd have to wait 15 mins, I almost left. Somehow I started chatting with another customer and luckily for me I was next after her. So the sales rep Terran who just finished helping her, turned to help me; he was so knowledgeable, quick, efficient still yet very personable. He helped me resolve my issues. I really enjoyed myself at the store this evening... a time was had!!

My wife and I had a very difficult time with AT&T Wireless last week when they completely cancelled our service out of the blue. After spending approximately 3 frustrating hours online (AT&T Wireless made us try to fix things via chat with another country call center), my wife had no other option but to visit the local AT&T store in Rock Hill on Dave Lyle. Luckily she met JAMES. He helped her for an additional 2 hours, until he fixed the problem and our service was restored. This was all outside of the scope of his job description which was primarily sales. We want to thank James for all of his help and going above and beyond for us. - Brian & Sheri

I had a problem connecting a phone service the phone was locked and they couldn't unlock the phone but the kicker is it was a Verizon phone store they said quote unqote it would take 6 months to a year to unlock wooow

Was rushed out of the door today by Jim. I tried explaining that because of our type of account we can not create an online account. (Business Premier requires you to have an email address with the Company name in the domain, we don't have those as we are a small business.) He kept telling me how I was wrong even though I tried to explain we'd been down this road before. All I wanted was to upgrade my device and now I've been trying to get someone on the phone for 3 hours when he could've just helped me in the store today.

Switching to AT&T was the worst decision I've made with phone companies and it all started in this damn store. From empty promises to flat out illegal actions by employees just to make a sale, even after telling them not to. This is not figuratively speaking, an employee literally used his phone information against my insyructions, to trick the system into allowing him to create an account, even when my unlocked phone was not compatible with First Net's restrictive and useless network. The issue was brought up to corporate, yet this store's "leadership" rewarded the employee's bad behavior and allowed him to keep working with customers after what he did.Employees treat customers like they're doing us a favor by just exisiting and the nicer you are to them, the more their entitled, nasty and unprofessional demeanor comes out.Can't wait for my contract to expire so we can leave this company, especially First Net and their restrictive limitations that never benefit the customer. Not a single thing that was owed or promised to me has been honored as discussed and agreed.
