“I had Tires put on my truck and they did an excellent job. I left and got down the road and felt a wobble turned around went back. They fixed it right away and I need to bring my Cadillac in soon but a great place to do repairs customer service is great time is fast. It’s all I got to say is good things about them. “After my initial unfortunate experience with this location, Mr. Claude Burns responded directly to my email in a timely and professional manner. He stayed engaged through email communication, took the issue seriously, and ensured the matter was properly reviewed by his management team.
As a result, I was scheduled to return to the dealership, and I am happy to say that the visit today was a completely different experience. I was treated respectfully, communication was clear, and the TPMS issue was fully resolved at no cost, which was appreciated.
While my original experience was frustrating, I believe it is equally important to acknowledge when ownership steps in, takes accountability, and ensures the situation is corrected. Mr. Burns followed through, and the service I received today reflected the level of professionalism customers should expect.

“Ive been here multiple times for a few different reasons. And my honest opinion is that these guys are amazing! Every time i come by no matter who greets me its always with a smile and super polite. Im having coolant problems and have been multiple different places to try to figure out what part i need and how much. All the other places have told me “there unsure” or point me in the wrong direction. The first day i stopped here they found the part in under 2 minutes and gave me a very reasonable quote! I will be going there soon to get my coolant and more fixed! Ive never has such great service!”
“A friend referred me to Jason and the team at BWAS about ten years ago. I just thought it's another local mechanic that will provide so-so-service at steep prices. I wasn't prepared for the professionalism, courtesy, transparency at BWAS. I moved to Charlotte a few years ago and just could not find a shop that even came close to the experience and quality work.
