“In my time away, Rock Hill Automotive got even better! They added two customer service managers who personally take responsibility for their customers on the phone and on premise.
I used Rock Hill Automotive for years before moving away in 2023. The techs were always clear about my vehicle's needs in the immediate, near, and later future. They showed me the filters and reports with photographs.
The owner and his wife are frequently there, and they speak to their customers. They let us know we are importance to them. They know us, and we know them. They are both personable and recognized as a top service provider for NAPA. They have even offered classes specifically for women for basic safety and to save themselves money. For example, one section is to check your oil. (Here's how.)
Since returning, I visited with a newer car. They were just as honest and helpful. The culture there includes employees being so concerned about my safety that when I left without buying a battery, the customer service manager asked me to get a battery soon, even if not from them. He didn't want me to be stranded.
I wholly recommend Rock Hill Automotive, especially to women, because auto repair and maintenance is their specialty, and they want to continue to provide exceptional service for years to come.”

“Ive been here multiple times for a few different reasons. And my honest opinion is that these guys are amazing! Every time i come by no matter who greets me its always with a smile and super polite. Im having coolant problems and have been multiple different places to try to figure out what part i need and how much. All the other places have told me “there unsure” or point me in the wrong direction. The first day i stopped here they found the part in under 2 minutes and gave me a very reasonable quote! I will be going there soon to get my coolant and more fixed! Ive never has such great service!”
