“I have never used DCS, my wife's friend referred us to use them so I'll give them a try. Needed a transmission in my jeep gladiator I found one at resolution car parts and salvage in Monroe NC and had DCS to take out old one and replace with the new one. Dropped it off on Wednesday 8/19/26 and got a call Friday morning 8/21/26 ready for pickup. So far very satisfied with service. Billy was very professional and helpful with answering any questions I had. The total bill was very affordable was cheaper than quoted when I called about the transmission install very satisfied! Thanks to all who where involved with the transmission install Thank you!! If I need any future big jobs I will definitely be back! God Bless!!”

First visit with my 66 caddy based on a referral from the Waxhaw Coffee Cruisers to get exhaust pipe fixed. I didn’t get to meet Mike but Steve was great, got me in when promised, did a great job on the repair, and did it for a fair price. Being a car guy myself that does most of my own services and repairs it’s great to have a reliable and trustworthy spot I can take my drivers and classics for stuff I’m not comfortable doing or don’t want to do. Well done gents.
Second recent visit with 2018 Ford Explorer to change water pump which is a big job as it’s driven internally by the timing chain. Once again Steve did not disappoint. To ensure the repair was fully fixed and not leaking he kept the car a few additional days in clean it up and inspect. During that time the AC compressor went out (bad timing) and he stepped up to get it fixed and make it right. This second experience solidified that I’ll continue to go see Steve and the Car Guys for future repairs and will refer them to buddies of mine in several local car clubs. Thanks again Steve!”

“Dropped off my Honda push mower on Monday and had it back by Friday! Turnaround was fast and right on schedule.
When I picked it up, the owner brought it out, started it right up, and made sure I was completely satisfied. He went above and beyond by changing the oil and adding a new air filter, which I wasn't even expecting! He told me, 'If something’s not right, you let me know and I’ll make it right.' “Let's face it, auto repairs are a pain. Every time a maintenance light goes off, I feel like I'm, being scammed. I just moved to the Rock hill area when my 2019, Honda Civic, need some routine maintenance. Oil change, transmission service and I had a skip plate that was damaged, that needing replacing. A couple of weeks before, I took he skid plate issue to Honda Cars of Rock hill who wanted $600.00 to replace and install the part. Complete Auto care of Rock Hill did all the service work and replaced and installed the skip plate for hundreds less than what Honda Cars of Rock hill quoted, and the work was done in 2 hours. In addition, Angela was friendly, caring, and overcommunicated what I needed and when I could pick up the car. Great experience and better price. I'm not going anywhere else.”
