We worked out the entire negotiations on line. Sekou picked me up at the airport and took me to the car and then to the hotel with a great recommendation for dinner. The next day he picked me up at the hotel and we finished the deal. He helped me put masking tape on the front end and side skirts to protect the paint until I could get PPF applied. My car was immaculately detailed for delivery as well. Sekou stayed in touch after my trip to assure everything went well.”

“I was traveling through the area when my car shut down into “limp mode” due to electrical system problems. I was basically stranded; hours away from home and still an hour away from my destination. I was able to drive to Rock Hill Automotive - in 1st gear only - from the interstate. Even though they were extremely busy that day and said it wasn’t likely that they could get to my car until the next day, they interrupted what they were doing to at least diagnose my car problems. Once they knew what caused the issue, they ordered parts and made the needed repairs.They were kind, understanding, and professional…and they definitely went “the extra mile” to get me back on the road that same day. What a blessing!”

“I was quoted almost $1,600 from another shop for the work THEY said my car needed. Someone recommended I call APS before letting the other shop do the work. That was the best recommendation EVER. APS found that half the work I was quoted, wasn't necessary. And the work I actually needed was only going to cost me 1/4 the price I was previously quoted. I dropped the car off at 8:30am and had the car back before lunch on the same day. If you let anyone other than APS fix your exhaust system issues, you're making a mistake.”

“My daughter lives in rock Hill and was having major car issues on yesterday. I drove about two hours to her and she had already called Cherry Road Automotive. When I made it to my daughter, we struggled to get her car to the shop. Now this was the first time that either one of us had been there so we were nervous about two women getting taken advantage of. However, we were greeted by Mike and he was absolutely amazing. They seem really busy, but they heard the loud noises coming from my daughters car and pulled her car back and quickly diagnose the situation. Mike gave us all the information needed concerning a recall on my daughter’s car and we were able to get the situation handled quickly. We are so thankful for their service to us. This will definitely be our home place for all our car needs. We were so grateful that I called back today to offer them lunch and Mike turned it down. He turned it down because he said this is what they do every day for everyone they give great quality service, which is truly a blessing! From the initial phone call to coming by the shop, they were very helpful and honest. They looked at our car and recommended we wait on doing anything.
