“My daughter lives in rock Hill and was having major car issues on yesterday. I drove about two hours to her and she had already called Cherry Road Automotive. When I made it to my daughter, we struggled to get her car to the shop. Now this was the first time that either one of us had been there so we were nervous about two women getting taken advantage of. However, we were greeted by Mike and he was absolutely amazing. They seem really busy, but they heard the loud noises coming from my daughters car and pulled her car back and quickly diagnose the situation. Mike gave us all the information needed concerning a recall on my daughter’s car and we were able to get the situation handled quickly. We are so thankful for their service to us. This will definitely be our home place for all our car needs. We were so grateful that I called back today to offer them lunch and Mike turned it down. He turned it down because he said this is what they do every day for everyone they give great quality service, which is truly a blessing! He did so and had them come to his shop to do the replacement! He's done several automotive repairs and maintenance for me over the years and I have always been pleased with his work.
