Excellent customer service. The associate was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Helped me save money on a battery with a cheaper alternitive that would work just as well and that's always a plus. I don't recall his name but I give many thanks and will visit the 1565 cherry road location more frequently.

Great service, if you need to borrow a tool to get you going. They got your back. If the store you go to doesn't have it on hand, they found out what store does.

This Auto Zone is a life saver. I really needed a new battery, and they helped me find the one that fits my car. They even installed the battery for me!! Not to mention it was raining a bit too. God bless this place and their customer service.
