“Good place & good CS ! Verizon wifi cube is also very good and of all the gateways I've used in the past, Verizon has the very best signal! I highly recommend Verizon but am rating 4 stars ???? because there's a few things that need improvement concerning their techs & salespeople! They can be unprofessional & during our application they had numerous issues with their website! We were left hanging without even a return phone call! The woman was sure to fix it 2 days later as her commission was at risk I'm sure & when we knew anything again, we had an invoice in our face asking for a signature! Also beware of their promotions! We were promised a free 43 inch TV and weren't told we wouldn't get it until 3 months later for signing up with Verizon! Not to mention, a voucher is issued and not the promised TV & a lot of people complained when trying to redeem the voucher for the TV, it didn't work!!!! In lots of those cases Verizon was the only company they could get in their area anyway unless they opted for cable which is much higher than the Verizon cube !! I will come back and update as to wether or not we receive the portion television gift from Verizon!”

They had a fan, but the blades were backwards (something I missed). They didn't have another solution, but gave me the name of another local supplier that had EXACTLY what I needed. SUPER FRIENDLY, helpful, and worth the visit. I will look here first for AC supplies moving forward.”
