Gunter’s Mercedes is a non-franchised Mercedes Benz sales and service dealer in downtown Rock Hill, South Carolina, at the same location for 46 years. They specialize in Mercedes repair and sales and are known for being very honest, with excellent customer service and fast turnaround time. The mechanics are top-notch, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They offer fair prices and timely service, often for a lot less than dealerships. They service Mercedes, BMW, and most domestic makes and models. Work includes oil changes, major B services with Liqui Moly synthetic oil, spark plugs, cabin air filters, and transmission service. They also repair brakes, rotors, and air conditioning, providing the best, lowest quotes. They use and sell original (OE) parts and offer used, hard-to-find parts. They sell a plethora of preowned Mercedes Benz and many other makes and models, helping customers find specific vehicles. Customers highly recommend them for both sales and service.
I work for a Warranty company and Charlie and the shop were great to work with. I would recommend this shop to anyone that has a Mercedes.

I drove 5 hours from West Virginia and bought a Impala SS from Mr. Gunter and Charlie. Both of them are awesome people and I was treated very well. I highly recommend Gunter Mercedes and will definitely do business again with them.
