There were a few people behind me, but he wanted to make sure I was comfortable using the medication. I wouldn’t have gotten that at a chain! You have a customer for life :)”

“After getting the run around for over a month with the CVS spitting distance to my house, Target CVS took the time to listen, investigate and provide me a positive solution as to why I wasn’t able to get my Rx filled…before I left. Took a little bit of time, but I had my Starbucks to sip on, so I was good! Unfortunately, they were out of my medication, but the pharmacist said they would notify me as soon as it came in…and they did. I only hate that they are on the other side of town, and there’s no drive-thru, AND they’re closed by the time I get off work. Still get 5 stars for above and beyond customer service! I wish I would have started with them sooner than gone through the turmoil I went through.”

“I wish there was another way I could do this, but I wasn't able to find a way to send a message to corporate online. I use to go to CVS, and when I say the service there is so terrible from the long wait to pick up your prescription to the down right rudeness of the pharmacy staff. I had all my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens. Walgreens not only offers my prescriptions at a cheaper cost, but there is one stand out tech that took time out to show me how to use my baby's nebulizer, and didn't make me feel like I was bothering her or wasting her time. Holley always greets you with a smile whenever she assists you, and sometimes one smile can make a huge difference in someone's life!”

“I get a text when it is time to refill my prescriptions and a text message when they are ready to pick up. Prescriptions are usually ready in about an hour or two, but I always pick up next day and have never had a problem.”
“I go here for my 7 year old daughter's medicine. The staff is always friendly. As they are a large medication provider for the Rock Hill area, the pharmacists do stay very busy filling prescriptions and the staff do quite a bit of busy work behind the counter. I will walk by if there is a line of ten people or more only to come back later to no line at all. They will open two registers in a heartbeat just to get a line down. I think that a lot of people don't realize how busy they really are due to the sheer fact that they handle the amount of people that they get in so well.”
“My favorite Pharmacy is Walgreens on Celanese Road in Rock Hill South Carolina. It is always clean inside and it always smells clean too. The pharmacists and the staff are always smiling and very helpful.
They never rush when I have questions. I really enjoy my time when I'm there and they feel very much like friends.”

“Today was the first time that I have went into CVS Pharmacy on Cherry Rd, Rock Hill, SC. for over the counter medication. I was impressed that they have their shelves labeled for what is cover for insurance and Flex Spending . The other ones that I have visited do not have them labeled so it’s hit and miss if I get it right. Great experience from greeting, clean store, easy to find what I was looking for and the friendly cashier who also helped at check out. I’ll be visiting more frequently now.”
