Greg not only called our insurance to get us a better price, but also made sure that I completely understood how the medicine worked and answered all of my questions before I left. There were a few people behind me, but he wanted to make sure I was comfortable using the medication. I wouldn’t have gotten that at a chain! You have a customer for life :)”
“I have been a loyal shopper at this location for the past five years, consistently appreciating the friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. However, I must express my concern about a recent trend I've noticed: some employees, including Jada, appear to be overly absorbed in their phones. During checkout, she frequently pauses to check her device, which slows down the process and results in only one or two items being placed in each bag. Additionally, I’ve observed two or three cashiers at the end of their shifts distracted by their phones and neglecting to engage with customers. I truly value this store and hope that we can restore the exceptional service that first drew me in.”
“Always the best price around but always a long line to wait in. And I always have problems with my Sam's and debit card. The cashier usually has to give me a written receipt because the pump won't print it.”

“I have been going to CVS at Target for many years. They provide excellent customer service, are super personable and greet you by name. They always call me back within a very short period of time after leaving them a voicemail. Having phone calls returned is a rarity nowadays. They have always followed through with return calls and they are very thorough in providing an answer to your question. All the staff are wonderful and Layne, the pharmacist, is amazing. He has no qualms at all of covering the register when the lines get long or calling you back. You actually know the pharmacist! I couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy.”
“Love this pharmacy and have been using it for many years. They know me when they see my face and I really like that. The workers are great and really try their best to help customers out however they can. And it's so nice that they're open 7 days a week so u can pick up your prescription any day”

“The staff always go above and beyond to treat you like family! They've gone beyond the call of duty several times for myself, my daughter and her father! They really take care of their customers ! They're way better than a big chain pharmacy, and when it comes to price, best believe Ms Barbara will find the cheapest route! Who do you know in this highly stressful society that will actually take the time to listen to your concerns and explain the reason why you got a different color meds or the name isn't easy to say but explain hey it's generic and saves you more money!? “I really appreciate the sweet spirit I encountered today and nearly every time I go to this Walgreens. The pharmacy staff always is friendly and helpful. Today I was waiting on a flu shot and got there 15-minutes early which was my choice. However after about 5-10
minutes past my scheduled time the lady asked my last name. We figured out I had chosen a different location by accident. No problem. They quickly filled out the form for me and took me in as a walk in, problem solved. This store deserves a much higher rating and I get that folks come there not feeling well. However, I do know treating the employees here with the kindness and the respect they deserve, it always comes back double.”

“I get a text when it is time to refill my prescriptions and a text message when they are ready to pick up. Prescriptions are usually ready in about an hour or two, but I always pick up next day and have never had a problem.”

“Brooke in the pharmacy at Walmart deserves recognition for the exceptional customer service she provided. Another associate had told me my prescription would be ready, but when I arrived it had not been completed. Brooke stepped in right away and went above and beyond to help resolve the situation.
Even though it was near the end of her shift, she took the extra time to call another pharmacy, coordinate the transfer, and make sure my medication was filled so I didn’t have to leave without it. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier.
Customer service like that is rare these days, and I truly appreciate the effort she made to help me. Thank you, Brooke!”

She pleasntly greeted me when I came in and helped me find the isle I needed. Then she was so wonderful when I checked out explaining I was eligible for coupons. “Well, I initially had put a bad review because I was so upset that I was never getting calls back from the pharmacy. Come to find out, they were calling me. I guess the iPhone had flagged their number as spam and their voicemails were in my blocked numbers folder. My heart fell when I saw this and I felt so bad. I had like 10 voicemails from them. If you have an iPhone and haven’t been getting return calls from them, I would check your spam voicemails. They were very gracious in explaining this to me. I spoke with Andrew and he was very kind considering I had left them a bad review. But this was my own doing! Major mistake on my end! So here is a great five star review for my mistake! They are a very kind staff and deal with a lot, and I applaud them for being kind to me, even though they had known I was complaining.”

“I couldn’t recommend more this Pharmacy. Unfortunately I’m a regular there due to a bunch of medical problems, but they make it a lot easier for me, they are always very kind. The packaging on medication is done very well, customer service is excellent, and they have a pretty good selection of vitamins, CBD products, and overall medical products for a fair price. If you’re looking to get a new pharmacy and you try to be conscious about supporting small businesses— this is exactly what you’re looking for!”
