We haven't moved items into our storage unit yet, but Diego from the Rock Hill, SC location was fabulous to work with. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about what would and wouldn't work for our needs.

Haven't had a problem or any kind of issue with this storage unit. Love the location and employees are very helpful and nice. I highly recommend Prime storage to everyone who is looking for a new unit!
