“I was entering my mom's storage unit and she had sent me the wrong key. I went straight to the office and the attendant there was more than happy to help me. We have held a storage unit there since 2022, and they have worked with either myself or my mom on payment issues or other minor situations. This is a great facility and company.”

“Jason contacted me and asked how my experience with Public Storage is. I told him my only complaint was price. He immediately put in a request and got me a temporary reprieve of $20 per month off my bill! Great customer service Jason, you’re always friendly when I’ve seen him there and when I’ve spoken to him on the phone.”

“I have had at least one unit rented here over the last year. At one time I think it was up to 4. Anyway, I'm here to let you know that I like the layout of the place, that the lighting is great, that the drainage is great, and the design of the climate controlled units works very well - multiple entrances, with one being outside the perimeter for those with large trucks or trailers. No bugs or critters. Periods of shade. You have to have spend time in other facilities to realize the good things here. Some have steps and ramps and a single door into climate controlled storage. Some have narrow alleyways. Some have a lot more daily commercial traffic - I saw only one commercial user here. Ricky is always there, checking into something.”

“A woman named Dee was an incredibly insightful and helpful employee. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly the size and type of storage unit that I needed when I had no clue when I arrived what that was. Dee made the entire experience very positive and productive and she was able to give valuable insight with every question that I threw her way. I will most definitely be doing business here long term!

“Renting a unit was Smooth and easy because Kathy behind the desk was pleasant. I pay my bill on time monthly and never have locked out of the gate but 1 time I put my code in wrong and thought about calling but it was after normal business hours and knew it would be rude. So I took some breaths and tried again. It was operator error lol. Thank you Kathy for always being so kind. I did read through some of these reviews and feel that the bad ones have another part of the story missing”
“We just completed a somewhat complicated move and using Smith Dray Line Movers of Rock Hill was the best choice we made to help with all of this! From working with Rhonda for our quote, working with Adrienne to set-up the moving details (including being able to get complimentary boxes and moving supplies at their warehouse) and the amazing moving team of Brad, Landis and Anthony, they are a top notch company! We were so happy with the customer service and the care that went in to helping us with this move. I highly recommend them for your next move!
