We play cheap trips to the bank today to cash a check that was issued by somebody from Wells Fargo to us. First they denied the transaction because they said my ID was too late. It’s so aggravating that they CLOSED the drive thru! If it wasn’t such a hassle to change banks I would!! That’s NOT very good Customer Service!!

Lauren in the drive was VERY rude… it literally took her 15 on one transaction. She needs be moved to another department.
