“Not very noticeable off of Dave Lyle Boulevard but just follow your Google Map and it'll take you right there. Once you turn on the side street you'll see the bank sitting on your right ample parking for all. Wheelchair accessible and friendly, knowledgeable people to help you in any banking needs you have. Approach counter and was greeted with a friendly hello from the Bank representative. Very helpful knowledgeable as transaction was made very quickly. “I needed some archived documents and was told on a Friday at a different branch that it was not a good day for that. I was then told on B of A’s toll free number that I would need to go into a branch (I’d already tried that). So I called this branch to try to make an appointment and Senior Banker Paola Sanchez kindly made an appointment for me the next morning with one of her employees and apologized for my experience thus far. I got there a little early and Paola took me to her office and handled my request quickly, still apologizing. I was very pleasantly relieved that she was kind enough to take care of my request herself and would recommend anyone to get in touch with her if you’re having issues with anything they can help with.”
