Everyone there was so nice and even helped me find what I was looking for and showed me all the varieties with an upbeat positive attitude! Wanted to check prices on some things and the cashier (Amber) was super super sweet and funny! Definitely had me laughing and made me feel very welcomed!!”
“Great store with amazing deals — most items are priced around $5–7. The boxes can’t be opened, but it’s very easy to check what’s inside: just use the Amazon app’s camera (Amazon Lens), scan the barcode or the name on the box, and you’ll see exactly what the item is and its original price. Very convenient and transparent. The staff are polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Definitely worth visiting if you enjoy good bargains. To get best choice come half an hour before opening, at 9-30.”

She did not once get aggravated, or catch an attitude or ignore me. She made me feel heard and helped me so much and that is very rare to find nowadays. “We’ve been talking about a new roof for a while. I recognized Savage from Influential Women and decided to give Stronghouse a call and talk about the roof.
Savage personally climbed and inspected the roof. It turns out that the roof still has a few years of life.
She didn’t try to sell me a new one, but instead suggested that I wait and save for a one. We explored several different shingles and metal options including DaVinci.
I’m impressed with the honesty and integrity of this lady. It’s obvious why Stronghouse has given her the opportunity to lead this team.
So while I am not getting a roof now, I know that I have time to prepare for one.”
“I’ve been to this new store location a few times since they opened and it’s always a pleasure. They are stocked very well but I must advise people not to buy their refrigerated chicken breast. I think it’s old when they stock it. I purchased it twice and it spoiled both times before ever got the chance to use it. Other than that everything else is great about the store. I love their seasonal items. Right now they have tons of Christmas decorations a few Fall items but they are almost out of Halloween ? goods.
I live about 5 to 10 minutes away so it’s super convenient for me to pop in when I get off work instead of driving further to a grocery store. Who ever chose this location is a genius ??”

“Being a senior, I like to go to Ross on Tuesdays because they offer a 10% discounts of seniors on that day. I usually will buy clothing for my 4-year-old granddaughter. They have very nice outfits that are only slightly above the price of thrift store clothing.”
“My husband and I shop here a lot! Everyone that works there is very nice except for one lady! Every single time that this one lady is at the register she seems like she doesn't want to do her job. she never says hi. she never smiles. she never says anything and when I say hi how was your day she will answer with attitude. She makes it clear through her attitude that she does not like me. She's never once even smiled! Even when someone wears a mask you can still see them smile if they smile. You see it in their eyes.”
“Me giving a five star review to this chain store is comparable to being abducted by aliens from another planet! After years of disappointment at least one of your locations got it right! No empty shelves! No stock on the floor blocking isles! Very commendable! Friendly, helpful associates! I received a call from my wife asking me to stop and get a few things for a photo shoot of my new third grandson. I attempted a lame excuse because I didn't want the frustration of coming up empty handed with the photographer on the way. Surprise, Surprise, Surprise, as Gomer Pyle would have said it best! I not only found every item requested of me but I also had choices! All of this stuff at great prices; I loved it!”

“DG is one of the fastest growing companies in the country and it's obvious to me why that is. They have a bunch of cheap garbage for sale out in the middle of nowhere. Their prices are good enough and their rural locations mean I don't have to drive 30 minutes for the basics. It's so convenient that I don't even care that the cashiers look like opioid addicts.”
“It was the worst experience in my life. I was followed around the store and embraced in front of the entire store. On top of declination and being forced to leave my bags at the register so they can go through it and end embarrassec me further than before I was even rang up was interrogated on whether I was planning on paying with no prior history of steeling.and then told to leave”
“This location is always well stocked, now well staffed is a different story. It's always a long line and staff refuse to open another register even after asking.”
“I usually to drive out the way to go to Dollar General on John B White because this particular Family Dollar WAS Poorly managed and lacked organization with boxes in the way each aisle. HOWEVER I decided to go to this Family Dollar yesterday and would like to say that the two women working there were super friendly and I complimented them on how great the store looked. I believe that it was Donna and the other lady wore glasses. All products on every shelf were neatly arranged. Not one aisle had boxes that I had to maneuver through. The store is looking like what it was when it opened super satisfied!”
“We moved to this area about 2.5 yrs. ago, so this store became our home store, the staff here are the best, they always greet you and have conversation with you if they have time. Since the upgrade to the store it's much h better, always clean, my wife and myself enjoy coming here”
“The store was clean and all the employees seemed to be working and willing to assist me. Only bought a shower rod and a curtain and together they were less than 20 bucks so it's cheap enough that you can actually afford to buy something in there.... I'd recommend this store to anyone who needs some household items or food and wants to save some money...”
“Patty is fantastic. My brother passed away unexpectedly and I had to get the smoke smell out of the house quickly before all of the family came into town and she was such a huge help. We researched strategies to see what had a proven result so we walked the store, loaded the cart up and off I went. It all worked and I came back for round two so I can make the smell go away in the car as well. She was so helpful and just really wanted to help, when I felt like breaking down into tears, but wound up putting a smile on my face. I cannot thank her enough for everything!
