“This store was such a neat experience. They have seasoned olive oils and also flavored vinegar that has been aged and infused with a variety of herbs. At first we thought it weird when they offered to have us taste test their vinegar, but we were blown away! It doesn’t taste like vinegar, the infusions they put into it make it taste delicious. Great to use in salads, to flavor water, cooking, etc. it’s such a unique product and make good gifts for those hard-to-buy-for family members! Go check it out!”

“We came to hear Fay Bullard perform on the back patio and she was great! It was a very pleasant evening temperature wise, with a good breeze flowing through the lovely patio area. I enjoyed my beet & spinach salad very much, although I felt the scoop of chicken salad on top was a bit skimpy and some of the greens were quite wilted. I had to pay $13, plus a tip, for a vodka and soda because they only serve craft cocktails. I am on a keto diet and cannot have all that sugar! The bartender was very compassionate, but she said there was nothing she could do but charge me for the closest craft cocktail in the ingredient list. Seems to me that this establishment is doing themselves a disservice by not serving regular bar fare. Maybe I would’ve had two drinks and I would come more often if I had been charged accordingly. Overall, the prices seem a bit high for a place that requires you to come to the counter to order, both for food and drink. And you have to get your own non-alcoholic beverages. Servers do come to the table with your food, however. And we were not charged a cover for the entertainment. I will probably not come here on a regular basis unless I am motivated by the entertainment offerings, unfortunately.”

“Good definitely use a remodel but usually these hole in the wall places have the best food so I tried it anyway. First of all the corn and hot dog slices in the rice was not pleasant at all. If it was just regular authentic Mexican rice my breakfast burrito would have been great. I could do without the refried beans as well, but I know to tell them to leave out the beans and rice next time. The chef should really change that rice recipe though. Corn and hotdogs in Mexican rice? Really? Otherwise the steak Pico de gallo and eggs were great.”

Though I couldn't spend as much time as I wanted, the majority of items I saw were namebrand. I will definitely return. I found several items that were very reasonable. I'll find more next time.”

Their prices are good enough and their rural locations mean I don't have to drive 30 minutes for the basics. It's so convenient that I don't even care that the cashiers look like opioid addicts.”

You should know...Unlike other Food Lions...FYI..this store now closes at 10PM!. Now...in late 2023...never.. NEVER any carts inside ..so bring one in from the parking lot”

“The Spartanburg Food Lion is a great little grocery store. It's not big and fancy like the super expensive ones, but it's got what you need and for a great price. Jordan & Dawson are exceptional customer service ambassadors, and deserve a shout out (and a raise!) !!! ??We save money & have a good experience nearly every time we go!
