“I can’t say enough great things about Bolton-James. Dallas was incredibly professional and quickly identified the source of a noise my Jeep Wrangler had been making for over a year. I had taken my vehicle to several other auto shops with no answers, but Dallas took the time to keep my Jeep overnight and spent two days tracking down the issue. He even had me test‑drive it before completing the repair to make sure everything was perfect. “Had radiator and Reservoir box leaking in Asheville was able to make it to Snider in Spartanburg where Rick and the others at Snider took care of my truck. Gave me step by step information as to what was going on and made it a point to get me back on the road. I have been on the road since 1999 with my cdl and have found good places to have service done where they aren’t ripping you a new one or adding on costs. If you have semi repairs needed I recommend Snider Fleet Solutions in Spartanburg on Locust Grove they are gonna get my service anytime I’m up this way. “My wife and I had lunch at Sam's Club. Supreme Pizza slice for her. Hot dog for me. Their drink machines were down, so instead of the regular $4 (no tip), we got bottled Diet Pepsis for a grand total of $8 The hot dog is actually pretty good, her pizza was loaded with ingredients and pretty fresh from the oven. Most times we've gone they have at least three pizza selections. They don't skimp on the slice size either. Their pretzels are crispy outside and fluffy and warm on the inside. For prices less than a convenience store, you'd think you'd be getting bad food, but Sam's does it right!”

“I was traveling through the area on November 28, 2025, the day after Thanksgiving. I experienced a flat tire on the interstate and my first thought was no one would be open because of the holiday. I managed to get a tow truck to get me by 5 pm. Looking at tire shops nearby, the only one showing still open was LTC, and when I called he said he was planning to close at 5:30 pm. The tow truck estimated we would get there at that time. I explained the situation to LTC and he agreed to wait for us. I am so thankful! We arrived by 5:20 pm and he changed the tire for us. We were able to continue on our journey and get home as planned. I am so grateful he was willing to wait for us and help us on this holiday adjacent day. If he had not have helped us, we would have had to stay overnight and we had obligations at home that couldn't wait until the next day. I regret not getting the gentleman's name who assisted us, but he deserves all the recognition for his customer service. He explained the tire was used but I truly didn't care. I just wanted to get home. I am writing this about a week later and the tire is still doing great. It seems to be in great shape and I am happy with the whole transaction. Thank you!”

“On vacation from Iowa to South Carolina, got a chunk taken out of my tire. Closest place to get one was Spartanburg, 136 miles from where I discovered the chunk missing. Immediately proceeded to the Tire Center.
I explained to the Tire Center the issue and I needed them replaced today, he told me that they were really busy but he would work me in when he could. Without an appointment they got my truck in and we were back on the road to vacation 3 hours later.

“I woke up from a nap and went to go drive somewhere and I noticed my tire was ridiculously flat so I went to these guys. It was a little bit of a weight, but it was well worth it. He was very kind. He was very knowledgeable and he even let me pick out the tread from my tires no malpractice at this business. The next day I happen to run across a nail in my blue brand new tire I went back that afternoon the next day and he patched it right up for me because they have a seven day warranty so definitely shop with these guys.”
