Service team was fast at diagnosing and fixing a problem another dealer couldn't fix and was thorough at inspecting my vehicle and also found another problem that needs attention and was honest about it instead of trying to pressure you into buying something else. The #2 thing that set this place aside from the other two dealers I have dealt with was whenever you call you don't hardly ever get put on hold someone always answered the phone and is willing to help you instead of just passing it on to the next person that really goes a long way for me.”

“We were stranded in Pilot next to the Southern Tire Mart. Joann knocked on our window and asked us if we needed help. She then went to Southern to get us help. Ferrell came over jacked up our car and took the tire to the shop to see if it could be fixed. It was patched and plugged. Ferrell brought tire back and installed it. We then drove over to shop to settle up. Joann is wife of Paul, the Manager of Southern Mart!!! Best service we have had from any company in years. Thank you Joann, Paul, and Ferrell”

“It's just a small convenient place to go for car parts and accessories. It's clean, positive attitudes all around and the only reason it's getting 4 stars because the staff just wanted to joke around the whole time I was waiting for them with a friend. We were there for far too long just to be dissapointed that they didn't have what we were looking for. And because it's convenient, it is a little high priced for some of the items but it's quality items too.”
