“We were stranded in Pilot next to the Southern Tire Mart. Joann knocked on our window and asked us if we needed help. She then went to Southern to get us help. Ferrell came over jacked up our car and took the tire to the shop to see if it could be fixed. It was patched and plugged. Ferrell brought tire back and installed it. We then drove over to shop to settle up. Joann is wife of Paul, the Manager of Southern Mart!!! Best service we have had from any company in years. Thank you Joann, Paul, and Ferrell”
