“We drove all the way to TD Bank here from Alabama 4 hours away since this was the closest location regarding a issue with our account that couldn’t be solved online. I saw pretty bad reviews of the bank so I was nervous especially driving from out of state, I was expecting bad customer service. Immediately walking in we were greeted kindly and our not so easy issue got resolved in a fairly quick manner. Tara had handled everything for me and my family and she was so amazing. Her customer service was great. In the short time there I had I saw the other representatives also sharing the same kind attitude as well to other customers and on the phone. Overall, my visit was great and I wanted to leave a good review to help out the ratings! Thanks Tara for being so helpful!”
