“I have banked with Truist (formerly BB&T) for over 25 years and have always said that a successful business is heavily reliant on its customer service. Recently, I experienced a sudden life changing incident which left me without and income and potentially without health insurance. Cindy Thackam, along with Matthew Murphy and Jerry Senn, took extra time and effort to ensure that I had enough finances to get me through this difficult time. Cindy has always been my “go to” person for financial guidance with her knowledge and connections, and has pulled me through some difficult times. 5 plus stars to her and her “team” at Truist in the Clemson and Anderson branches in SC!!

“Very helpful customer service. A young man (Ian?) walked us through some challenges with setting up accounts for recently arrived citizens. He stayed late, gave us options and explained things so we were clear on our choices.
We had to use the ATM outside and I was surprised to find the only one available was in the drive up lane. It felt a little dangerous for us to stand there while working on the machine.”

“I was out of town, but I stopped in on a late Friday afternoon to deposit a check before the weekend. I was in a hurry, but the teller, Libby, told me about a promotion that I should consider. I told her I was in a hurry, but she insisted that I hear her out. I am so glad that I did because her advice paid off greatly. While I didn’t have time to do it then, she told me what I needed to do the following week to take advantage of the new rate. Libby was very professional and courteous. She should be commended.
