I have been working out with Laurie for at least 10 years; probably closer to 15. I’ve done Zumba, Pilates, Personal Training and Nutrition. She is excellent in all of these areas and really cares and listens to what you need to feel your best. I would highly recommend her studio and Laurie personally.
